[macvoiceover] Re: Safari busy, Safari ready in Lion

Here is a snip from an e-mail that was posted on the list, I have done this and 
maybe this is the reason why I am not seeing this problem.

if you go in to voice over utility and web navigation,
there is a new check box for live regions. Uncheck that. The person who
reported it said his problem went away.
