The first time you run Skype, you will need to sign in with your
account info. For some reason, there is a bug in Skype and the only
way to navigate this window is by tabbing. Tabbing, however, will read
allt he controls and allow you to enter your user name and password.
It is one of the afore mentioned quirks.

Yes. Skype works pretty well with VoiceOver. There are a few quirks,
but overall it is a smooth experience.
