[macvoiceover] Review boxes in docx attachments

Hi all.
I wrote somebody an email and the person sent me back a .docx document; he said
he had put comments in review boxes. I've opened this in openoffice.org and in
text edit and all I can see is my original writing. Is there something I have
to do to be able to read the review boxes in voiceover or a different
application I need to use?
