[macvoiceover] Recording multiple sessions at once using Audio Hijack Pro

Listers I want to record my voice over some tracks that are playing in I Tunes
and was using Audio Hijack Pro. I can record one or the other but not both. Can
someone tell me how I can accomplish this? I am speaking of recording my own
voice using a headset not voice over. Also how do I change input sources in the
menu extras?>
