Mine asks me to please select my file. I have no idea where to get these files, but I assume that it works on the same concept as Torrents to a certain extent, in that it seemingly downloads books associated with chosen RFBD file in the background..

so the interface is supposed to look like a file browser? from its description, it should ask a question that it never seems to ask at least initially and it is supposed to put the results of the answer into the downloads folder. well, it does open my home folder but it does it prior to the question. On Sep 16, 2009, at 11:47 AM, Nicolai Svendsen wrote:Seems like that's exactly what it does. According to the description, anyway. And for some odd reason, I'm unable to read anything with the arrow keys if I'd want to select something from that site only. Not sure why.Anyway, yeah, it asks you for .RFBD files and you download them into a directory. That's the short and sweet version. On Sep 16, 2009, at 1:48 PM, David Poehlman wrote:I still do ot understand this application. from what I read, it seems to be supposed to download a file. from what I experience, it seems to want you to find a file that you have already downloaded. On Sep 16, 2009, at 1:57 AM, Greg Kearney wrote:I have made a few interface improvements in the RFB&D Downloader application and have posted it at the project site: http://www.cucat.org/projects/rfbd/index.phpI have added a notice when the process finished and it will also bounce the icon in the Dock as well. I had to remove for now the background downloading as it was creating interface issue that I will have to deal with in a future version.I have moved some support file to where they should have been in the program's file structure.Gregory Kearney Manager - Accessible Media Association for the Blind of Western Australia 61 Kitchener Avenue, PO Box 101 Victoria Park 6979, WA Australia Telephone: +61 (08) 9311 8202 Telephone: +1 (307) 224-4022 (North America) Fax: +61 (08) 9361 8696 Toll free: 1800 658 388 (Australia only) Email: gkearney@xxxxxxxxxClick on the link below to go to our homepage. http://www.icanworkthisthing.comManage your subscription by using the web interface on the link below.//www.freelists.org/list/macvoiceover Users can subscribe to this list by sending email to macvoiceover-request@xxxxxxxxxxxxxwith 'subscribe' in the Subject field OR by logging into the Webinterface at //www.freelists.org/list/macvoiceoverClick on the link below to go to our homepage. http://www.icanworkthisthing.comManage your subscription by using the web interface on the link below.//www.freelists.org/list/macvoiceover Users can subscribe to this list by sending email to macvoiceover-request@xxxxxxxxxxxxxwith 'subscribe' in the Subject field OR by logging into the Webinterface at //www.freelists.org/list/macvoiceoverClick on the link below to go to our homepage. http://www.icanworkthisthing.comManage your subscription by using the web interface on the link below.//www.freelists.org/list/macvoiceover Users can subscribe to this list by sending email to macvoiceover-request@xxxxxxxxxxxxxwith 'subscribe' in the Subject field OR by logging into the Webinterface at //www.freelists.org/list/macvoiceoverClick on the link below to go to our homepage. http://www.icanworkthisthing.comManage your subscription by using the web interface on the link below.//www.freelists.org/list/macvoiceover Users can subscribe to this list by sending email to macvoiceover-request@xxxxxxxxxxxxxwith 'subscribe' in the Subject field OR by logging into the Webinterface at //www.freelists.org/list/macvoiceover
