[macvoiceover] Re: REading word-by-word with Text Edit

Ricardo et al., any clue why Mac OSX commands for reading by word and going to 
top/end of document and beginning/end of a line work with VoiceOver, but page 
up and page down don't? Same with top and bottom of the messages list in Mail, 
OSX commands don't work, you need a VO modifier, VO shift home, which isn't the 
same modifier as in a list of files in the finder, VO home for that one.
