I admit I'm stumped; I'm assuming everything up to that point in the
installer works fine for you; it's just the buttons in the destination
selection are dimmed. I know other people have had this problem but I
haven't found an explanation that fits your facts. I'll keep looking;
please do let me know if you find a solution meantime.
