Years ago and perhaps they still do, pc world ran a dream machine column. 
They kept a computer configuration or several going and updated to the 
latest specs and throughly explained each spec and how much it would cost 
etc.

Thanks for that. I did the same thing one day and now I don't feel so weird
knowing others do the same...building expensive computers and never really
buying them. I also put in 4tb hard drives lol. I love the idea of 32 gigs
of ram but yeah, I bet the mac could use that. I mean, if I suddenly could
see, lol, I'd be editing videos. lol
