I agree. The more the merrier. smile
Does anybody know what email address to send accessibility-related emails to? I want to thank them for making the Macs accessible and then mention iPhones and iPods and all that jazz.

Hi
I'm sure a BT keyboard could work, but I personally don't want to have to get out my phone--whatever phone it may be--then pull out another keyboard just so I can use it. Personally, while I wouldn't mind an iPhone with a keyboard, I'd rather see Apple implementing access to the iPhone as it stands now. I can think of quite a few ways to do this, and also many uses for it if they did. And yes, I do keep writing to them about iPhone accessibility, and I'd suggest everyone who is interested do the same, so they know there is demand out there. Even if you hate the iPhone for whatever reason, another accessible phone out there is only a good thing no matter your take on the phone itself. And, if they do get an accessible iPhone out there, we'd very likely have an accessible iPod touch as well, as it runs the same OS as the iPhone--it's basically an iPhone without the phone part. So let's keep letting apple know there's a demand out here. They've done the first steps with OS X's out-of-box accessibility, let's encourage them to do more. They've proven with Voiceover that they can do it and do a darn good job of it too.

Or what about using a bluetooth keyboard? There are bluetooth keyboards that you can get to use on phones, so I don't see why one wouldn't work

This is interesting. I am still of the mind that they can make the current version work for the blind in some way, but this has interesting possibilities, indeed.
