the second method for changing punctuation and verbosity is in the vo
utility. open vo utility, select the verbosity pane, tab to and
select the general tab, tab to the verbosity level and up or down
arrow to change it. shift tab back to the general tab, press right
arrow to text, press space and tab to punctuation and use verticle
arrows to adjust.
