I have not seen a list of voiceover compatible apps on the apple site.

Hello there,
there is on the apple website a compreensive list of applications, and  
I remember seeing you can find more on a site called voice over  
compatibility list, but I don't rmeember the url and I also know that  
it's not been updated in a while. But it's still a valuable resource,  
try googling for it.
