it concerns me that a man who is the head trainer at a mac training company has 
the most basic of questions and is constantly unsure on how to do this stuff. 
especially being that you having proudly bragged to me and other industry 
insiders that you were just recently a high level accessibility employee of 
Apple. Something isn't right here. I hope you aren't getting these questions 
from customers and then coming to this list as a reference of sorts. because if 
so I'd like some sort of royalty or something. :-)
