hi all. Well, I've been on the phone with Apple several times; have restored, have restored and set up as new phone, have restored and not synced my apps and contacts; still crashes!!! So Monday evening I'm taking it to the Apple store. I have a feeling it may end up eing replaced. One thing I learned while doing this that people might want to know is that you may want to keep the iSync application open when syncing. At one point I had a conflict between contacts on my iPhone and in my addressbook; this did not show up as a dialog in iTunes but because I had iSync open to do something else Apple had suggested, I saw the dialog about the conflict. Also, within the conflict dialog, you'll only see the radio buttons if you use vokeys. I had to tab to see the checkmark and continue with the process. -- Cheryl "Let the words of my mouth, and the meditation of my heart, be acceptable in thy sight, O LORD, my strength, and my redeemer."
