[macvoiceover] Media center alternative for mac?

Hi all,
was wondering if anybody knows of a media center alternative for mac? i
know older versions of osx had front row, but lion (and mountain lion)
don't have that, and I'm looking for something that has similar features
to windows media center. Also, does anybody know of an accessible tv
tuner for mac? is the 'iTV' accessible?
