Playing around with the new Measure app got me thinking about tools that could
be voiced with an IPhone. There have been custom one of adaptations for
specialized devices like digital calipers and micrometers. Now there are tools
that connect to IPhones, things like laser tape measures and digital calipers.
So I’m wondering if there’s an accessibility component we could take from this.
I’ve got a Braille/tactile tape measure, so I’m not desperate for a new
solution, just thinking there could be more options out there.
So, has anyone used digital measuring devices with their IPhone?
Yes, I know this is another step towards eventual mastery by our digital
overlords.
