[macvoiceover] Mail questions: adding names to CC field; using Help

Not a VO question: my apologies. How do I add names to a CC (or BCC) field?
When I put a comma, to add a second name, the first name disappears.
I was trying to research this myself but realize I must not know how to use the
help function properly. I entered "multiple recipients" into the search box and
found "sending to multiple recipients" in the results table but couldn't figure
out how to get to the appropriate safari page, though I did this once by
accident but not for the correct topic.
Any help greatly apreciated.
