Hey Ashley,

Glad I could be of some help. I used to get the same message with certain email accounts on this windows machine, so that's why that sprang to mind. If I were you, I would go on to your mail provider's site, and look at their pop, smtp, and imap settings thoroughly because they may have other settings besides the Ssl.
