[macvoiceover] Mac with Fusion, Parallels, or Bootcamp

Hello all, I am not sure if anyone has any experience with this but I want to 
start using my Mac computer as a PC using bootcamp, parallels or fusion as well 
as Jaws. 

Does anyone have any suggestions on whether bootcamp, parallels or fusion are 
better and which version of Windows is best?
