[macvoiceover] Logic Express?

Hi folks,
Has any one tried Logic Express? I am getting rumblings that it may
be some what better.
Here is the rundown
GarageBand will do 8 tracks comes with iLife, about $70.
Logic Express, I think will do around 24, to 36 tracks, around, $200.
Logicpro, Lots of tracks, around $500.
