[macvoiceover] Latest SKype in Mountain Lion

I see that the latest Skype release for Mac has NOT fixed my two pet peeves:
• VO constantly says "Skype has new window," when something happens in Skype,
despite all attempts to quell this.
• Skype does NOT play the audio alert when a new message arrives if you are in
the message window; which means messages come in silently while a VO user waits
to hear about them.
• Third … there is no third thing.
