I've had no trouble getting through although, they are a bit harried
because I'm not asking sl questions and they don't know what to do. I think
some of them are new <giggle>

      Hi David.
No, I never thought of calling them. Doubt I'd get through so soon after
sl launch.

          sarah,
when i instaled my new HP printer, I used a download from the HP
website, just hit search and type the code of your HP printer in, the uptodate
drivers will be there. and if they're not there now, they will be
soon.

there are reported issues with HP printers Sarah. Although,
mine worked for me yesterday. all I can suggest is maybe going to the hp
website. I know Leopard didn't have my new HP printer's driver so downloaded it
from there.
                :) hth

I tried installing the printer drivers from the snow leopard
disc but only got fax I think.
Oh well, guess I'll print from my other computer.
