[macvoiceover] Ipone 4 and call waiting

Hi:
Just wondering, when on a call how do you quickly with the voiceover commands
on the iphone switch calls? Is there a specific command for it? Also, I am
finding that the two finger double tap doesn't always hang up the phone I have
to find the end button and double tap that.
