three finders flick upward to scroll, it's in the gestures sectio of the guide, relax, it will come to you, just give it time.

I found accessibility under general settings as it was said to be in the manual by scrolling to the second set of settings in general. I figured this out when I was looking at the settings and what should be in general decided I needed to find a way to see the rest of them and the scroll did the trick. Now, all I need to do is figure out how to adjust the speech rate.
