I've decided to download it one mor time. I deleted the applications from my Mobile applications in iTunes and from my iphone and am waiting for the re-download to finish. Btw, in case somebody doesn't know, you can reload by clicking "buy again:; it's a little scary but a dialog comes up saying you've already bought this app and can re- download again by clicking "ok". You don't get charged over again.
Will let you know whether this works; otherwise I'll have to contact Navigon.
