If you sign in with your apple id and password this will go away.

Yes, actually this is very easy though it baffled me for a bit the first
time I saw it. Just go over to the toolbar in system preferences; interact
with the toolbar and do vo-space on "show all". Then iCloud will disappear
and all your preference panes will become vissible.
