There is a great guide for iCal on the,
www.icanworkthisthing.com
which helped me a great deal. In all honesty, iCal is not difficult to use. It's not something that seems that way at first, but as you mess around and get a feel for it, it works quite well. I have all my appointments and such for myself and doctors appointments for my parents kept on my Mac via iCal.

I have been playing with ICAL. When I do command N for new event I can type a description but cannot figure out how to control the date and time.

I also have to figure out how to browse the calendar, but I need events first. Is there a tutorial or Podcast that explains how to use ICAL with VoiceOver? It is not intuitive, at least for me it isn't.
