David,

Just FYI, all that info gets imported when you sync the iphone through ituens. The only thing that doesn’t sync is your password, which is probably a good thing.
Cheers,
Donna

Hello,

You need to make sure your POP3 or IMAP server name, port information, and security are set correctly to the requirements of your email account provider. If you cannot send messages either, you also need to make sure the SMTP server name, port settings, and security are set properly. It is more than just your account name and password, and can get extremely frustrating. To find your incoming and outgoing servers, you need to check with your email provider or find the information in the mail protocol settings in your email program.

Yeah, I had mail. I tried before booting up the computer this morning, and got no messages. When I opened Outlook I had about fifteen new messages.

are you sure you have mail? if mail is deleting the messages off the
server, it could be there isn't anything there to get. two things to
try, set mail not to delete off the server or wait a bit and try
without downloading mail on to your mac.

Hi again, guys,

Sorry, but ... "she's baaaaaack!"

I'm trying to download my email. My accounts were imported via
Itunes. I've got my passwords entered correctly. When I go into the
mail program, I no longer get error messages about username and
password, so I assume my iphone is connecting to my accounts. But, I
dont get any messages. I've tried clicking on Refresh, as well as
each of my individual accounts, but no results. Any suggestions?
Thanks,
Donna
