[macvoiceover] IPad Warning: keyboard not immediatelyavailable

Just so people know, I'm sitting here in the checkout process and I notice that
the keyboard dock isn't coming out until late April. so if you were going to
use this, plan on just the virtual keyboard or a wireless keyboard until the
keyboard dock arrives.
