[macvoiceover] I have lost my whoosh sound in Mail

Noticed the other day that I have lost my whoosh sound for sent mail in Apple
Mail. I looked under sounds in system preferences, but didn't have anything
for sent mail.
I miss that satisfying notification, any clue where it might have gone and how
to get it back?
