[macvoiceover] I figured out how to access vimeo videos

After a lot of trial and error, I figured out that if I did vo-space on the
link that says "right-brace download" then I could tab and see the various
forms of the video: hd, sd, mobile, etc. By then hitting return on one of the
links I could hear the video. While listening, I could then do cmd-l so that
the contents of the address field was selected and do option-return and the
file would download. It's also possible to copy that link into an email and
send to somebody who may have problems getting the video to play and that
direct link will start playing the video immediately.
