Hi, Yes there is but, you need an apple script to do so. I will attach it to this message. Let me explain how to do this. Copy or move the script to the scripts folder which is found at Mac HD/library/scripts. Now, open up voiceover utilities and go to commanders in the table. Choose the commander you would like to use to trigger the script. For example, the keyboard commander. Here, you would choose the letter in conjunction with the option key you would like to trigger the script, then in the pop up menu, choose apple scripts, where a file browser will open. You should already be in the scripts folder so just arrow down to the battery script and press enter. Your done. hth
