Hi,

I have an app called audiobook binder. It allows you to take multiple files,
lets say you have an audiobook on CD, and it came with 8 Discs, with X amount
of chapters on each disc.

You could add all those files, and the app will combine and convert it to the
M4b format. So your left with 1 audiobook file, with multiple chapters, in the
same format natively supported for audiobooks in iTunes.
