Happy new Mac year!
I personally don't find newbie questions annoying. I only get annoyed if people don't try and learn from what I tell them...an example of what annoys me...I explain the steps of how to do something and the person keeps asking me again how to do it without trying to remember it and I only know one person like that who is not on this list so don't worry. smile Most of the time newbie questions are really interesting. It's nice to watch each person open his/her new Mac and say "wow, this thing is cool!"

Even an old cynic like me wants to wish all of you, including our august
manager a happy, healthy and prosperous 2009.

I would especially like to thank all of you who have helped me so much in
such a short amount of time as I start to get up to speed on all of this. I 
know that Newbie questions can be frustrating, I've answered thousands
myself over the years and know how it can feel like time stands still from
reading messages from one day to the next.

You guys are terrific and I'm enjoying the Macintosh experience profoundly
more than I would have so based mostly on reports from my JAWS friends and a 
lot of the enjoyment has come from the help you folks give me.
