thanks again for your help! As it turned out, I need to get a new keyboard. I
figured this out through calling Mac excess ability, and working through
everything and I mean everything! They recommended that I take the MacBook to
the Apple Store and when I got there, we discovered that yes, indeed, I do need
a new keyboard. They are also going to run diagnostics on the machine, to make
sure that it is running as efficiently as possible. Well, again, thank you so
