Not sure about that email clent specifically, but a vertical scroll bar is
something you can interact with, so you can try stopping interacting in the
standard way, VO shift up arrow, then VO left or right arrow to get away from
it.
A couple of tricks for edit fields, try a VO J to jump into an edit field.

Further troubleshooting, are you able to read with VO down arrow, or with Quick
Nav on? Could indicate what type of edit field they’re using.

Does anyone know how to navigate around First Class with VoiceOver commands
on a Mac laptop? I can't sem to get out of the vertical scroll bar.
Additionally, VoiceOver will not read aloud any text?  Is there some way to
fix this?

Thanks for any suggestions!
