Hi Chris. I think the hardest thing with safari is having to use vo right arrow to read the actual text on the page. I know you can tab between links, the hardest thing to get used to I suppose is there doesn't seem to be a command to move from table to table. Maybe if I play with it more it will make more sense. Everything else on the mac works fine, I suppose i'm just used to using internet explorer on windows and having the virtual buffer and being able to move around the web page line by line link by link and move between tables boxes etc. Thanks. ----- Original Message ----- From: Chris Gilland To: macvoiceover@xxxxxxxxxxxxx Sent: Friday, July 18, 2008 11:17 PM Subject: [macvoiceover] Re: Firefox on the mac query Firefox don't work worth an sh**. don't even attempt. As for Safari, what problems are you having? I know it's really awquerd, it is to me too, but it is doable. Let us work with you. What are you having an issue with specifically. Don't give up, man, Safari is tricky, but it can be done, I promise. Can anyone tell me if firefox on the mac works the same way as safari on the mac or is it different? It's a shame no browser for the mac works like the internet explorer on windows cause I still just can't get used to browsing pages on a mac. Maybe i'm missing something but just thought i'd ask what others thought of firefox before I install it and give it a try. hanks all.
