[macvoiceover] Firefox on the Mac

Hi there list,
I just ran in to a capcha sighning in to a forum, and out of left field it
struck me, I could not quickly resolve this capcha without using webvisum, an
addon for firefox.
What is the firefox situation on the mac with VO?
If you can help, I'll be glad.
