Hi,
facebook is rather accessible with voice over. You just have to know where certain things are as they are not necessarily labelled on the site. For example, when you have notifications it doesn't specifically say notifications but under pop out chat it will say a number if you have notifications. You need to press the mouse click, vo + spacebar + shift and then your notifications appear. It seems that safari is very clever about hiding attributes so it looks neater, another thing I found was that I could no longer see my applications menu to edit my applications settings but that is at the top of the page and as with the notifications, if you mouse click the application menu appears.

The one thing I would be cautious of is using short cut navigation keys such as headings or atrbute finder, vo + cmd + H or vo + cmd + J, as voice over tends to get stuck over the flash content. I have not found an easy way to avoid causing this freeze but if you just vo curse through you tend to be fine. If you need anything more specifically just give me a shout. I'd be happy to help. and if you haven't got a facebook acount then there is an audio capture to sign up that works well too. but very accessible for me.
