Thanks, I have been told that Office 2008 is not accessible with
Voiceover, does that include Entourage from being accessible? If
Entourage cannot be made to work with Voiceover, is there another client
that will work with MS Exchange that is Voiceover friendly?

No you can still get it as part of the Microsoft Office 08 package.
