[macvoiceover] Download instead of playing

Hi there,

 

I think it was in this list that someone had a hint on how to download pages
which the mac wants to open automatically. For example, when I have a link
to a pdf- or soundfile, I want to download it rather than playing it right
away. How do I do that?
