[macvoiceover] Does anyone know how to change the default search in the search field please?

Hi gang,
Is there a way to change Safari's default search engine using Voice Over
please? I can't figure this out and I'm obviously being really dense. I can do
this by using Terminal, but there's got to be another way. I don't mind using
Terminal but surely there's a quicker way to do this?
