[macvoiceover] Re: Dialogues blocking the screen

Ian and all.


This is a bug. VO should inform you of dialogs that are obscuring the screen. 
Even if it doesn't effect your usage. I have noticed when the dialog is 
present, I hear strange outputs when navigating the desktop. After checking the 
presence of these floating windows. The issue generally goes away.
