i judy, you cn use spotlight (command-space) to find your file. once you find it, you can use get info: (command-i) to find out where it is. once you get to the folder, all of its other ilk will be there. copy and paste normally by command-c to copy, go to the place you want to paste and command-v. if you seeed selection assistance, let us know. also, be aware that if you have ripped something to ITunes, it might not be playable on the stream unless you have set your cd import to mp3.

Don't copy songs from your iTunes songs list. Instead use finder and
go into the folder [which folder?]and copy that way. [which way?]

I don't keep vokeys locked much of the time; maybe if it's causing
more confusion you should leave it unlocked more.
[Got that concept.]
Thanks
