Subject: [macvoiceover] Application not showing up, but is included in the
command tab order

Listers I have an application called Cocktail and it runs on a
schedule, but when I press command tab its name is announced but I
can't land on it. I stop like normal once I hear the name but it's
always on another application. When I press VO F1 quickly to get the
list of running applications it isn't there in the list. Coctail to my
knowledge never stops doing this until I restart or switch users. Has
anyone experienced this and how did you handle it?
