There used to be http://www.solona.net/ but that website may have gone
bely up. It did have software that could be installed on a mac that would
solve them. O.c.r. programs couldn't solve them in the first place which
is why humans get afflicted with them now. Maybe newer ocr technology
than was in use when the illegible text was discovered might be able to
