Amadeus Pro Quick guide Volume 003Although Amadeus Pro does have multi track functions that work with Voiceover, I have only shown simple editing and basic keyboard commands in this guide.
You will find a list of keyboard commands below. Simple editing with Amadeus Pro1: First of all, play your recording until you reach the begining of the spot you would like to edit.
2: Move the insertion point to the playhead with, command-y. 3: Set a marker with, command-shift-m.4: At this point you can go to the selection menu and do a number of things, extend the selection to begining, to the end, next marker, [if this is the case, you must play your recording until you reach the place where you want your second marker, to be located, then press command-y to bring the insertion point to the playhead and then command-shift-m to set the marker].
5: Once you have maid your choice just press the delete Key. Helpful commands.*** These commands may be some what different depending on the version of Amadeus Pro you are using.

Spacebar, play back, or, pause Record, command-r Stop recording with enter. Record to new track, Option command-r Stop recording with enterMove through the recording with, command-option-left and right arrows, this acts as a scrub-wheel.
Use just left and right arrows to make smaller corrections. Command-Y moves the insertion point to the playhead Command-Shift-Y moves the playhead to the Insertion PointI have placed a few of the most used commands above, however, here is a more complete list.
key action space bar Starts sound playback, or pausetab key stops and Rewinds to the beginning of the recording, second press starts playback
option 1-4 Stores the current zoom level into the corresponding register1-4 Sets the current zoom level the value stored in the corresponding register
e Previews the effect of deleting the current selection a Extends the selection by one pixel to the left s Shrinks the selection by one pixel at the left d Shrinks the selection by one pixel at the right f Extends the selection by one pixel to the right g Toggles the display of the grid behind the waveform h Toggles the display of the selection in the timescalen Cycles the currently active track between all the tracks of the document
Command-shift-m Creates a marker at the insertion point r Repairs the selection (select only a very short piece)t Repairs the top channel of the selection (select only a very short piece) b Repairs the bottom channel of the selection (select only a very short piece)
p Creates a marker at the playback head down arrow Plays back half an octave lower up arrow Plays back half an octave higher left arrow Places the insertion point at the left end of the selection right arrow Places the insertion point at the right end of the selection[ Places the insertion point at the left end of the selection. If nothing is
selected, moves the insertion point to the left by one pixel.] Places the insertion point at the right end of the selection. If nothing is
