Can you please give me info about your talkking chromatic tuner software? I've been searching for a tuner since I started playing bass a few years ago and haven't found a good solution yet.
I've contacted maybe 20 iPhone tuner app builders, nothing. I've contacted a bunch of windows based tuner software builders, nothing.I use a Boss tuner that beeps when I'm in tune, but it doesn't give access to the note that's in tune. I once played a set at church tuned a half step down not knowing why I felt so off that day. I actually have a tech-savvy friend hacking a digital tuner to make the pitch LED lights trigger tone indicators.
And then along you come with the possibility of a software based talking chromatic tuner. Without kidding around, this could be a huge blessing, giving me extra stress-free time in my life if I'm practicing or rehearsing that day.
Anyone else, please chime in if you have knowledge of a good accessible instrument tuner. Sorry that I didn't think to ask the list sooner.

I now havevery little vision left and can often be found working in the darkness of night with ease. I appreciate the usefulness of this list as I have appreciated 'Blind Cool Tech'.
