The all mail folder is for mail that's archived.
To change your settings, go to your email provider's site and find the
settings page then find pop and select the radio button download mail that's
arriving from now on.

Subject: [macvoiceover] "All mail" folder

Hi Listies,
Can anyone tell me why I have messages in my gmail folder "All mail" from
years ago?
Is there any way to change settings or something that old emails aren't
redownloaded after deletion? Or can that folder be deleted all together?
Thanks, Nicole>
