[macvoiceover] 35% volume bug

Hi all,
I just got bit by the 35% volume bug on my iPad mini 2nd gen. I know I
have to go and reset something, then take volume out of the rotor. It
is the something I have to reset that is illuding me at the moment. I
thought I was being so careful, but obviously, not careful enough.
