I know different people can have different problems. With my Braille Edge I am
not having a problem when I command-tab or when I space either with a regular
keyboard or the braille display keyboard. When writing an email, if I do
chord-E or hit enter with the regular keyboard, the cursor goes back to the
beginning of the line i have just written but returns focus once I start
typing. Braille for me is still usually very responsive. But I will add that I
don't usually depend on braille alone but do also use speech though at times I
do mute the speech when working.

Hello all,
I installed macOS sierra on my macbook pro and I am not impressed very much.
And also, the braille is less responsive.
Mostly, the braille display is not following the cursor in mail but perhaps
also in many other programs.
e.g. I press return and the text of the last line above the cursor stays on
the display.
But when I press e.g. space, I have a blank line on the braille display.
And, when I do command+tab to switch between programs’ the braille display
isn’t following at all.
In textedit , the problem above seems not to happen but, the routing-keys of
my eurobraille esys 40 are not working some times.
When pressing on a routing-key, the default action for the current place
should be activated.
restarting voiceover could help but I don’t know why.
If other people have new braille problems with macOS sierra , pls let me know.
I hope that Apple will take care of braille-innovation in the near future
because the braille-confort is far away from what other screenreaders can
offer us.
Thx for all answers,
